In a political display about data privacy, this page is to remind us that data does not exist in a vacuum. 

In electronic conversations between at least two people, an argument comes into play about which

individual really owns the data on this conversation. Does each person have exclusive rights to the

specific messages authored or is it a collective ownership, with rights belonging equally to both parties?

When one account is hacked, as the below gmail chats were, is it considered stealing from all their saved contacts? 

The nature of conversation is created by the dialogue and interaction of two or more people

and the linguistic art is interwoven by personalities of all involved. Without one or the other

these conversation art pieces would not exist.
